Audit log

What is it?#

The Audit Log shows a reverse chronological list of actions done by Heroes in the Hero Dashboard to keep track of what was modified, when, and by whom.

Note that this is not a versioning tracking system - it does not keep track of the changed items.

The search box can be used to search for anything from the log.

The following changes made in the Hero Dashboard are tracked at this time:

Network level#

1. Editing visual configuration of Network
2. Editing menus configuration of Network
3. Editing essential configuration of Network
4. Added / removing Member as Network Admin
5. Edited Network's email template
6. Adding new Member Badge for Network
7. Adding / editing new market configuration of Network
8. Adding / editing Network Featured posts section
9. Editing channel global settings
10. Adding / editing / deleting a Static Page

Channel level#

1. Adding a new channel
2. Editing settings of channel
3. Editing details of channel
4. Editing detailed bio for Persona or Org channel
5. Editing Featured posts section of channel
6. Changed Magic Link for channel
7. Deleting channel
8. Granting / rejecting a member access to a channel via ACL
9. Adding /removing member as Channel Owner
