Help and support dashboard

This dashboard provides various help, knowledge base and support options.

The following items are available on this dashboard:

  1. Product stories - Link to the product channel with updates, news and views about the MainCross product suite
  2. Knowledge base - Link to the admin help pages on the MainCross Help center
  3. Support channel - Link to the support channel for network operators (owners, admins etc) to get help here from community and staff
  4. Release notes - Link to the release notes channel - Record of the MainCross product releases by version, date and detailing what features have been introduced and issues fixed.
