A list of all non-members subscribers of the Network can be viewed here, together with some salient info.
The table shows when the non-member has subscribed, status, the source, contact details, where located, and how active the user has been. The data can be exported as a CSV.
Free plans don't have access to subscribe contact details, and cannot export data.
Status#
The status field shows whether the subscriber is system subscribed, or self subscribed. System subscribed is when subscribers are manually added by the network operator, while Self subscribed is when the user performs the action themselves.
Source#
The source indicates where the action was performed and can be used for monitoring where the best conversion occurs. Subscribe widgets and prompts are shown at various places:
- Digest mail prompt in network feed
- Subscribe form block on Featured page
- Subscribe widget after form submission
- Contact form block on Featured page (subscribe checkbox)
- Contact page (subscribe checkbox)
- Contact tab in organization channel (subscribe checkbox)
Subscribed on#
Shows when the subscribe event occurred.
Last active#
The system looks at a number of signals to determine when the user was last active on the site.
Geo location#
Where is the user located - a city level location only.
Sessions#
Cumulative number of unique sessions for this user.
Content views#
Cumulative number of content views for this user.
