Channel basics#
The channel basics card show some basic information about the channel. The Channel ID can be copied for creating custom feeds and other purposes.
Channel vital stats#
A snapshot of the latest channel vital stats are shown in this section. This is recalculated peridically.
Each channel stats shows shows the following information:
- ChannelPulse
- Number of channel subscribers
- Number of channel views - ie channel loads
- Number of posts in this channel
- Number of times posts belonging to this channel have been viewed
- And other information from engagement widgets like SentyMeter, SocialAudit etc.
Channel historical analytics#
Paid MainCross plans have access to detailed historical analytics per channel, across multiple parameters, from the time the channel has been created. Stats are calculated on a weekly basis - the week spans Monday to Sunday midnight GMT.
These can be viewed in the charts shown. Each chart is a time series which can be zoomed in and examined. The data can be exported as CSV, and the chart graphic can be exported as an image.
