Content control and moderation

Network operators have fine grained control over all content that's present on their Network Site. One can control what is posted, and once posted, one can moderate it.

Post control#

This is a very powerful feature that gives complete control to the network operator - all the way from a locked down network to a permissive network!

The follow levels of control are possible:

  1. Restrict post types globally
  2. Restrict post types per channel

Post moderation#

Every Post has an expandable Moderator actions bar at the top which is accessible by Heroes.

Expanding the actions bar shows 3 tabs with the following actions:

  1. Feature the post - Great community posts can be "featured" at a network or channel level to bring recognition to the member
  2. Move the post - If a post has been posted in the wrong channel, it can be moved to a better channel
  3. Moderate the post - If the post violates the network rules, it can be deleted
