It all starts with the Network Owner - the first role that is created. The Network Owner has full control over the network, channels, billing etc, and can add 1 or more Pro accounts to help with network and channel management.
Pro Accounts which can manage the network site or TOP channels are called Heroes. There are 2 kinds of heroes - Network Heroes and Channel Heroes.
Empower your team
Only 1 Network Owner is allowed for each network.
If you are the Network Owner, you can add upto 3 Network Admins to help you manage the network. Additionally you can add Network Champions and Network Moderators.
A Network Admin is similar to the Network Owner and can perform the full setup and config for the network, however cannot add any other Admins to the network.
Network Champions do not have access to the full dashboards - they are restricted to managing the channels only.
The Network Heroes have control and manage ALL the channels on the network.
Creating an extended team
Having a small team manage the network and channel works well when you have just a few channels. But what happens if you have a large network and have hundreds or thousands of channels? Example NextElection has close to 10,000 channels.
That's when you build an extended team!
The network team can give access on a per channel basis to Channel Heroes, who can then manage their channel. Channel Heroes can similarly be Channel Owners, Channel Admins, Channel Champions and Channel Moderators.
