1. Automated email flows and reminders for new members
2. More email templates for new members - there should be a flow of at least three to four emails educating new members so they get onboarded, inspired to post their first piece of content and active.
3. I need to be able to send the emails and pre-set when they go out not alert your team -- I need access to that activated as it sounds like those admin abilities already exist and with time zone differences it is obvious why the network operator should be able to launch this themselves

Thank you for a meaningful feature request. We will explore the possibility of such a feature being added in the future.

Hi all -- Manan stated that two to three more email templates can be added that I can be used -- Can they be added as other operators have it. Thank you -- that is what I am asking for - for something that already exists not a new feature...

This has already been replied here https://www.maincross.net/p/issue-ms-is-1712-679-event-communication-flow-seems-to-be-non-existent-if-we-choose-to-leverage-having-people-sign-up-for-in-person-or-online-events-through-mai-6wjp4av65v69065##reply8029:
"Further to this item, the event_confirmation template has enabled for RR (as well as 3 other templates)"
Those templates are for their own purposes as explained it the help article https://www.maincross.net/help/email-templates.
They are not useful for the new member drip marketing feature you are looking for which needs to be automated based on when a member signs up and based on their activity etc.

Let me also chime in here. It's not a question of additional templates - that can be released easily. We have no mechanism today for setting up an extended mailing schedule that is triggered based on each members arrival into the network. And to be effective, it needs to take into account the state of the member. We don't want to send needless prompts to an already engaged member.
This is not a feature that meets Pareto Principle, and personally I'm not in favour of adding this. Receiving explainer emails are a bit boring and prolly just adds to more emails that are not actually read. People also want to learn at their own pace.
There's many ways to skin a cat:
Discovery needs to be on-platform, rather than hidden in mails, and sent out as links in the welcome mail.
A single video explainer works far better. That can be posted and featured for any one to consume.
A series of posts for newcomers can be posted in a dedicated channel, or using a custom feed, and the link to that can be sent out in every Digest mail.
Content is king - any new network has to be constantly seeded with engaging content, until the flywheel of Consume > Participate > Contribute starts up.
Re engagement has to be spurred via Digest mails (https://www.maincross.net/p/top-picks-digest-mails-and-broadcast-delivery-of-email-c7xu00wtyhmktnqc
