May we suggest not removing an account unless the account holder so requests. It may also not be proper to evict an account without cause - say gross violation of T&C.
Dormant accounts are not harming anyone, and there is no cost (we don't have artificial limits on how many accounts, etc). At some point, they may feel engaged to participate...
Yes, there was no plan on removing anyone I just need to know if anyone can be in the future if they aren't following community guidelines etc -- it's just to know if it is possible
Ah yes, in that case, you have a light touch tool in your arsenal which you may want to use - restrict member (cough cough ban): https://www.maincross.net/help/managing-members#account-level-restrictions. We have used this on a political network (that we manage) and have seen it impact member behavior for the better.
