Hi:

I was just curious how can one remove a member account from the network? Delete it completely?

Regal Resilience's user accounts are maintained by the Awake / Shoptype system. Please contact them to delete the account first. Once done, pls let us know via https://www.maincross.net/contact to remove the subordinate account.

Thank you as there are a couple of people just sitting there dormant and would like to remove them.

May we suggest not removing an account unless the account holder so requests. It may also not be proper to evict an account without cause - say gross violation of T&C.

Dormant accounts are not harming anyone, and there is no cost (we don't have artificial limits on how many accounts, etc). At some point, they may feel engaged to participate...

Yes, there was no plan on removing anyone I just need to know if anyone can be in the future if they aren't following community guidelines etc -- it's just to know if it is possible

Ah yes, in that case, you have a light touch tool in your arsenal which you may want to use - restrict member (cough cough ban): https://www.maincross.net/help/managing-members#account-level-restrictions. We have used this on a political network (that we manage) and have seen it impact member behavior for the better.
