Before the ability to create / manage our own Site Entry Gate, our popup contained links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The popup is exactly the same as earlier (except that its now under admin control) ie it did not contain links to ToS and PP.
How do I include links to HivedMusic's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in the Site Entry Gate PopUp?
From an earlier mail (dated 18th May 2023) on this topic:
Question> Thank you for turning this on. Can you make the text for "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" a clickable link to the respective network destination pages (for HivedMusic and Veed.Network)? That would be a logical thing for a user to expect. I thought that we used to have this for Veed.Network, but perhaps my memory isn't accurate.
Answer> No, its not possible. It’s a chicken and egg problem. Until the popup is accepted, nothing will open on that site. Clicking on a link to open the TOS etc, will again show the popup. You may see various real life examples here https://ageverify.com/

HivedMusic
Hi Amit,
After some thought and background discussion about what we should do legally, and ethically, I have a suggestion.
While I understand the conundrum about getting access to something that one is asking to access, there is a very simple solution.
I will put our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy into a shared Google Drive, which is run by The Hived, will be publicly accessible, and outside of our HivedMusic network, so will be accessible at the time the Site Entry Gate is presented.
Then, if you will provide the capability, I'll edit to created the link, and include the URL to the publicly accessible relevant documents.
This way, we present the user the clickthrough agreement, while also providing access the the documents that they are clicking acceptance to, so they can, if they wish, review the TOS and Privacy before clicking acceptance.
You simply need to provide the facility for us to create a link. It is our responsibility to ensure that the link is accessible outside of the network. You can even put the little i (in the circle) for one to mouse over that says that it is our responsibility to ensure that the unauthenticated user has access.
That should be a simple change for you to make, and provides the network operators a simple and clean way to provide access.
Thoughts?

We do not envisage further changes to this component since it matches all similar age gate popups offered by various providers around the world, as well as real life examples. Any special requirements that a network operator may have would need to be handled under custom services.
