(Issue #MS-IS-3012-948) Time Zone changes on the event page

Please see attached screenshot. I was able to edit the date of the event but not the time zone -- I need it to reflect 1pm EST not Berlin time -- is there a place to shift that or is this something your team has to do?

You should always create an event for your local timezone, and it will show the converted time to each person who is viewing, in their timezone, depending on where they are in the world.

Based on what you mentioned, you would create the event for 7PM Berlin time (since the screenshot shows that you are on Berlin time), and that corresponds to 1PM EST. Someone in EST will see 1PM, someone in PST will see 10AM etc (https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/?qm=1&lid=2950159,5,208&h=5&date=2025-1-1&sln=13-14&hf=1)

At the moment we don't have an option to directly create an event in a different timezone - we've taken this as an enhancement request.
