Major pre-release
- #ChatSupport has been released in early access. All paid Network Sites are now automatically enabled with a new support channel, with chat and ticketing. Read the product story and the help article for more details
Minor updates
- The #PageBuilder has been enhanced:
- A new block for sharing the Network Site has been added
- When an email signup occurs with high intent (eg event registration, form filling, purchase), post verification flow will automatically bring the member to the same page, bypassing regular onboarding flow
- A system notification is issued to enable the member to continue the regular onboarding flow at leisure
- No intent (eg using the signup button) and low intent (eg content interaction) is unchanged and will send the member to regular onboarding flow
- The share text that accompanies the URL when content is shared on other platforms can now be customized under Hero Dashboard > Network dashboard > Essentials.
Issues fixed
- Some Firefox browser versions crash if a malformed URL is entered in event link field.
- Due to an upstream library change, the hashtag selection dropdown was getting hidden when creating an Update Post.
- Location search for showing a precise location (ie map) for offline events was returning results only from India, instead of worldwide.
