Minor updates

1. #ComponentLibrary allows for better organization when there are many components. Some usability enhancements:
2. Add private notes along with each component
3. Add a tag to each component for quick filtering
4. Use search and tag based filtering to narrow down to a component for editing
5. Search and tag based filtering is now available for channels and members as well
