Release notes for v3.24.0

A game-changing new feature is out in beta in this release - Private Channels, with fine grained privacy by access control

Major updates

Private channels v2 feature is now in beta. This is privacy by ACL (access control list).
If a user is not part of the ACL for the private channel, neither the private channel can be loaded, nor a post from that channel.
Members can request for access to private channels
As a reminder v1 was released earlier and was "privacy by obscurity".
